If you no longer want to use EcoCue, you can delete your account and request the removal of your personal data.

You have two options:

Option 1: Delete your data directly in the app (recommended)

You can delete your account and its associated data from within the EcoCue app:

1. Open the EcoCue app
2. Go to the Settings page
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm Delete

Once you confirm, your account will be scheduled for deletion, and your personal data will be removed, in line with our data retention practices.

Option 2: Request data deletion by email

If you cannot access the app or prefer email, you can request deletion by contacting us:

• The email address you used to sign up for EcoCue
• The platform you used (e.g., iOS / Android)
• A short statement that you want your account and data deleted
